What is eco-resin?

Eco-resins, also known as bio-resins or "green resins," are a type of bio-based thermosetting plastic derived from renewable resources, such as plant-based oils, starches, and natural fibers. They boast a lower environmental impact and reduced carbon footprint compared to traditional petroleum-based resins. With Hunter Kay Design products, even broken or imperfect pieces are reused in some way, so there is zero waste.

Info and care

Each piece is handcrafted and may vary slightly. Air bubbles, minor colour variants, odd occlusions only add to their charm making them imperfectly perfect.

CARE: Please note these are water resistant not waterproof. Spot clean with a microfibre cloth and air dry if necessary. Not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave - these items are not food safe.
