All the brands are wholly Australian-owned, and around 90% of our products are manufactured in Australia. The few items were not, we assure they are responsibly produced under the ownership of an Australian family.

We continually urge our suppliers to employ superior packaging options. Our mailing boxes are constructed using 99.9% recycled paper, and are recyclable and compostable. We use recyclable hex wrap, compostable ecomailers and even water activated eco tape. For gift wrapping we use biodegradeable ribbons/upcycled fabric and recycled kraft eco-paper, made in Australia.

Novella Gifts can not guarantee carbon neutral shipping like we do in Australia via Sendle, once the products arrive at the destination overseas, hence we do not offer international shipping for now.

Novella Gifts do not wish to be part of Australians getting in to more financial debt than they already are in, which also can damage the mental health. It is not sustainable.
