Shipping policy

We prioritise delivering your Australian eco gifts to you quickly and sustainably. Your purchases come in recycled boxes, eliminating any plastic and making the shipment entirely compostable, recyclable and guilt-free. 

Regular shipping

Purchases will incur a standard delivery cost of $18.95. 

Express shipping

No express shipping available at this stage. 

When will my order arrive?

All orders will be processed by us the same or next business day. Deliveries should take between 3-7 business days (up to 10 to Western Australia).  In the event of a late delivery, we are not liable for any delays. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note, anything ordered after 11 June midnight will not be sent until early Aug. 

Do you ship internationally?

For environmental reasons, we suggest exploring local businesses who might offer similar products.
Did you know? Ships are responsible for more than 18% of nitrogen oxides pollution, and 3% of greenhouse gas emissions. Novella Gifts can not guarantee carbon neutral shipping like we do in Australia via Sendle, once the products arrive at the destination overseas, hence we do not offer international shipping for now.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online, you are welcome to return it to us, as new, within 30 days, at your own shipping cost. Please choose carefully when making a purchase. Returns of goods sent back and forward is not sustainable practice. Please see our returns and refund policy for more information.

Loss and damage

It is your responsibility to notify us of any issues with an order, including late, incorrect, or damaged packages. Please reach out to us via email with any such inquiries. We may not be able to dispatch replacement items right away for items that are lost, damaged, or incorrect, and any replacements will be sent at our discretion after we assess the situation. Novella Gifts cannot be held accountable for any missing, destroyed, or compromised items after delivery is complete. Additionally, any losses or harm resulting from late delivery are not the responsibility of Novella Gifts.
